About Dainty Bee Design
Dainty Bee Design started out life in 2017 as a small independent niche gift shop that specialised in designing and creating personalised framed pebble art pictures and printed picture gifts. Over the year's Dainty Bee Design has built up a loyal customer base and is known for quality, great customer service and quick turn around times.

Karen, the owner of Dainty Bee Design stared her career in print and design in 1998, straight out of college with a qualification in Graphic Design. This was the era of beige Apple Mac's and very little internet. Mobile phones were just becoming a 'thing' and printing involved outputting designs to film before making plates for litho printing presses. Thankfully printing and design has moved on a lot!
Over Karen's career, she has worked with both large and small format print, working with well known national and international clients producing and pre-pressing a variety of printed items. These items include business stationery, security cheques, billboard hoardings, bus sides, large format posters, brochures, leaflets, point of sale and window signage. All for well known companies including high street stores and supermarkets across the UK.
Karen now has a number of clients for which she takes on freelance graphic design and pre-press work whilst also working on her own wedding stationery and personalised picture designs.

Personalised Pictures
This small but busy business creates and sends out many personalised pictures every week, usually within a couple of days of receiving an order. Every picture produced is done so on an individual basis from start to finish. This ensures every aspect of every picture is accurate, just as it should be.
Images and wording are personalised and can be adjusted to suit the occasion, and since everything is done in-house this means there are no delays for special complex designs or artwork requiring a proof.

Wedding and baby shower stationery collections and signage
Exclusive wedding invitations, wedding signage and baby shower invites are among some of the new additions available. These can be located in the 'Stationery Collections' tab in the menu.

Why the name, Dainty Bee Design?
Well, all good names come from somewhere, right?
I am quite a small person, just over 5 foot (remember, good things come in small packages). Both my maiden name and married name start with the letter B. "B's".... and I like Bees!

Add Design on the end because that's what I do :)

Materials and packaging have been sourced from likeminded environmentally conscious companies.
A very high percentage of packaging materials that Dainty Bee Design uses are recycled, or can be recycled. Even the paper 'bubble' wrap and packaging tape are eco friendly!
